What we collect

When you send an enquiry, FloorRegen collects the contact and business details you choose to provide, including your name, business name, email or phone, postcode, address, service interest, floor information, preferred contact method, message and any optional photographs you choose to upload. The form also records your privacy consent and the policy version shown when you submit it.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to review your floor-care request, contact you using the method you choose, protect the public form from abuse and manage the enquiry inside the FloorRegen CRM. Photographs are stored privately and are available only to users authorised to access the corresponding enquiry. We do not expose CRM records or enquiry references through the public website.

Consent and contact

We ask you to confirm that we may use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry. You can contact FloorRegen about privacy at [email protected] or by calling 07810 800894.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information and its consent record for up to 24 months. A legal hold or another legal obligation can require us to keep it for longer. When the retention period ends, we remove or securely anonymise the information where appropriate.

Your rights

You can ask us to explain, correct or delete personal information we hold about your enquiry, subject to applicable legal obligations and any legal hold. You can also ask us to stop using your details for a particular purpose. We will need enough information to identify the enquiry safely.

Hosting and infrastructure

The website and API use Cloudflare infrastructure. Application data is stored in PostgreSQL hosted with Neon. Operational error telemetry may be sent to an EU-region monitoring service, with sensitive form content redacted.
